Starlight Ascendant is an offline game. It has no account, no login, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. The only data that leaves your device is what Apple and RevenueCat need to process the one optional in-app purchase.

Settings (music, sound, haptics, reduce motion, display options), your unlock progress, your run history, and a saved run in progress. This stays in the app’s own storage. Deleting the app deletes it. We never see it.

Nothing directly. The app has no server of ours.

The game offers one purchase, the Supporter Pack. Payment goes through Apple. We never see your name, email, card, or Apple Account. Apple’s handling of purchases is covered by Apple’s privacy policy.

To recognize the purchase and restore it on a new device, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase management service. RevenueCat receives: an anonymous identifier the app generates for your install (not your name or Apple ID), and your purchase history for this app (the product bought and when). RevenueCat does not link this to your identity and does not use it for advertising or tracking.

This is what the App Store privacy label for the app declares: Purchase History and User ID, not linked to you, not used to track you.

The app does not use the advertising identifier, does not request tracking permission, and shares no data with data brokers or ad networks.

This version of the game shows no ads. If a future version adds ads, this policy and the App Store privacy label will be updated before that version is released, and Supporter Pack owners will never see automatic ads.

The game is rated 13+. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Delete the app to remove all local data. To ask for deletion of the anonymous purchase record held by RevenueCat, contact us at the support address below with the approximate purchase date, and we will request it.

We will post any change to this page and update the effective date.
